Compulsory Energy Audit

Act LVII of 2015 on energy efficiency (“Energy Efficiency Act”) regulates that large enterprises shall carry out an energy audit in every four years in order to explore and study their energetic features. Only companies and persons who are registered by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority as energy audiors are entitled to prepare energy audit studies.

We are glad to inform our dear Clients and Partners that GMBS Ltd has been registered by the Authority on no. EASZ-01-28/2016; therefore GMBS has the right to conduct energy audit. The member of GMBS registered by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority is Ervin Gombos CEO, energetics expert, with registration no. EA-01-52/2016.

GMBS Kft. celebrates its 10th anniversary

In this year GMBS Kft. spends December in a festive sentiment not only because of the upcoming Christmas, but because we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the company’s foundation on the 6th December.

Our motto from the beginning is that “not the quality is expensive but the lack of it.” This philosophy has proved to be successful, as due to our reliable and quality work we have managed to gain the confidence of our expanding partners for 10 years. Thus during these years we assisted with the success of many larger and numerous smaller projects via our mechanical engineering services

On this occasion we would like to thank to our partners that with their confidence and their cooperation, they contributed to the now ten year operation of the GMBS Kft.; and in this festive spirit we would like to wish a merry Christmas and a similarly successful new year.

Tasks

Continous contacting with existing Hungarian and Japanese partners
Mechanical/HVAC engineer: supervision of engineering projects, monitoring.
Electrical/Automation Engineer: preparation, design and execution of electrical works, instrumentation development and investments, control and coordination of electrical, instrumentation developments related to construction works.
Participation of permitting processes, cooperation with competent authorities.
Engineering related paperwork, documentation of developments.
Support of commissioning of instruments, participation at traings of operators (staff)
Preparation of proposals
Cooperation with designer collegues and Clients

Expectations

Completed mechanical enginnering/electrical engineering university studies,
At least 5 years relevant experience
Great command of English language is a must, Japanese language knowledge ensures outstanding advantages

Loránd University post graduate specialist training programme in complementary legal studies in Building and Construction Law.

On 5th July 2012 Mr Ervin Gombos has been awarded the professional qualification of Engineer with a
complementary degree in Building and Construction Law, thus he will be able to manage projects in the following areas:
